A Berlin-based product leader with 30 years experience in media and tech. For the last 20 years, Lucie has led product and engineering teams at organisations including the BBC, Zalando and Google to deliver best in class user experiences across fashion inspiration, travel, news, sport (including the 2008, 2012 and 2024 Olympics), finance, children’s games and video on demand.
Lucie started her career as a journalist before pivoting into product. Over the last couple of years she has also trained in executive coaching and currently coaches internally at Google and externally with groups and individuals.

What is Beyond Fold?
Beyond Fold is a Warsaw-based boutique product community organizing invite-only and application-based roundtables for experienced digital product people.

Highly interactive roundtables, deep-dive discussions, and unconference-style peer exchanges - no passive slide lectures.

An experienced leader in digital product management and IT technology, with over 15 years of industry experience. Paulina was a Product Department Director at ERGO Technology & Services, where she was responsible for product development strategy and transformation processes, leading a team of Product Owners.
She co-founded Product Hive, a Warsaw based product management conference. Paulina gained her experience as a Product Manager in international companies in Warsaw and in London, working in the media and technology sector.
Outside of her professional activities, she is involved in the development of the product community. She is a mentor in the Women Go Tech programme, founder of Product Tank Warsaw community and an active participant in initiatives supporting knowledge exchange in the industry. In 2023, she was recognised in the ‘Strong Women in IT’ report.
